With Liz’s clear instructions, it was very easy to find the clinic and the best parking option. Everything was very clean and well organised. I needed to change my son’s nappy before the appointment, and Liz promptly provided a suitable place for me to do so.

Liz and Wendy really care and everything they do and how they do it reflects that care. Having a very different experience on my first son at a different clinic, my husband and I were blown away with the level of diligence, information sharing, time, and aftercare from Liz and Wendy. At such a vulnerable time it was a relief to be cared for by them and have all our questions answered without being rushed out the door.

Liz was just fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and reassuring. It was lovely to get all the information explained to us in the comfort of our own home. There was no pressure to go through with the procedure. We did go ahead with it and it was a positive experience as Liz handled every step with care and ease. Highly recommend.

My baby boy recently had a tongue tie release procedure and we had a positive experience. Everything was explained clearly, the procedure itself was quick and much easier than I expected, and the aftercare support was excellent.

Liz came to the house which made the whole process so much easier and more accessible. She was very informative and explained everything to us in detail. Very professional lady with lots of experience.

I cant recommend Liz at The Resolution Clinic enough. I contacted her late in the day regarding my 2 week old son's tongue tie and the issues we were having around feeding. Liz kindly came to our home late that evening and spent over 2 hours with us. She was so so kind, reassuring, patient and had a wealth of knowledge around the issues we had and dealt with his tongue tie with such professionalism as well as being so gentle and caring for his wellbeing. She also provided great exercises to do with our son to improve his feeding and checked in with us the following day on how he was doing. Thank you so much Liz for your kindness and helping our son.

Had an amazing experience for the second time! Even though we have been through the process of tongue tie release before Liz made sure to be very thorough in her explanations and easing any worries or concerns. Liz’s ease with baby and ability to comfort baby during the assessment were amazing and made us feel safe and cared for as a family knowing baby was in safe loving hands. The procedure was super quick and Liz stayed until baby (and mammy) were well settled offering good advice for aftercare and comfort. I would recommend Liz to anyone who needs this service and am happy to be a repeat customer

Both Liz and Wendy were incredibly helpful and interested in helping me and my baby, Wendy expedited our visit as soon as we’ve discussed our baby’s situation and updated Liz with what’s needed before the visit. Could not be happier with their care, thank you 🙏🏻
