It’s was a lovely supportive experience. We were warmly welcomed and made feel very comfortable. The questionnaire and assessment were really thorough and explained really well. Liz was so helpful and informative in terms of what to expect too. I felt both me and my son were in great hands. Highly recommend.

I honestly can’t thank Liz enough for everything she did for our little boy, Callum After being dismissed by different consultants because I wasn’t breastfeeding, it was such a relief to finally meet someone who listened to our concerns and looked at Callum as an individual. Liz took the time to thoroughly assess him and only recommended releasing his tongue tie once she was confident it was genuinely needed. I really appreciated that she didn’t just rush into it, she explained everything so clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with the decision. She was so kind, professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. We felt completely supported and I’m so grateful we found her. I would highly recommend Liz to any parent with concerns about tongue tie, whether breastfeeding or bottle feeding. She truly cares about the baby and their needs, and we couldn’t thank her enough for helping Callum ❤️

Getting Tadhg's tongue tie sorted has made a world of difference. It's early days but he's back to long, comfortable feeds and is no longer screaming in pain from trapped gas. Liz was fantastic, she's so informative and brilliant with the little ones too. We felt confident in every decision, informed consent is a huge thing for me and Liz was excellent at making sure we knew what to expect each step of the way. We know there might be ups and downs ahead, but the improvements so far have been huge in terms of his comfort and my mental health too. And we know there's plenty of support there if needed. I genuinely can't recommend Liz enough.

Fantastic experience with Liz and Wendy. The level of knowledge and care provided was amazing. They gave so much time and patience with us and our twins to talk through everything. Both girls had posterior tongue ties and had the correction done and they are improving everyday. What I love the most about the whole experience was the follow up care. No matter how many questions I had I was responded to without delay. Really amazing. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We visited the Resolution Clinic with our son Theo who is two weeks old from a referral from our lactation consultant. We are first time parents so we were very nervous attending this appointment. Both Liz and Wendy were so understanding of our nerves and put us at ease very quickly. They ran through the questionnaire in detail and allowed time for any questions either my husband or myself had. They did an examination on Theo talking in detail on exactly what they were doing. Theo was very calm as they were so gently and caring with him. Once the examination was completed - they went through exactly what the concerns and issues were. They talked about the procedure and went through it step by step, post care and any potential risks/concerns. Once we agreed to the release - Wendy took Theo and told us exactly what she/Liz were doing at all times. The procedure was super quick and Theo was put back into my arms to feed as soon as it was over. We had a successful latch once Theo settled down and he went straight to sleep then. He been great since with really good feeds. We can’t recommend Resolution Clinic enough. The whole experience was so informative, warm and smooth.

We had an excellent experience with Tongue Tie Clinic. We first had a home visit with Wendy, who carried out a very thorough feeding assessment. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and reassuring. She carefully observed our baby's feeding, explained what she was seeing, and helped us understand how the tongue tie was affecting breastfeeding. Thanks to Wendy's assessment, we felt confident about taking the next step. We then booked an appointment with Liz for our baby's tongue tie release. Liz was wonderful from start to finish. She took the time to examine our baby carefully, explained the procedure clearly, and answered all of our questions. The procedure itself was quick and gentle, and our baby was able to breastfeed immediately afterwards. Later that day, our baby became quite unsettled, which was understandably worrying for us as first-time parents. We messaged Liz, and she replied very quickly with reassurance and clear advice. Her aftercare support made a huge difference and gave us confidence during a stressful evening. By the following day, our baby's feeding had improved significantly and she was feeding much better again. We are so grateful to both Wendy and Liz for their professionalism, kindness and ongoing support. We never felt rushed, and they genuinely cared about both our baby and us as parents. I would highly recommend Tongue Tie Clinic to any family experiencing feeding difficulties or concerns about tongue tie.
