We had a wonderful experience with Liz and Wendy for our baby's tongue tie assessment and treatment. They were kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The procedure was quick and handled with great care, and the follow up support was excellent. We felt reassured throughout the process and noticed a positive difference afterward. We were very lucky to have found our way to the Resolution clinic. Liz and Wendy took excellent care our baby and of us and provided the most supportive after care. We never felt rushed and Liz took the time to answer all of our questions and fully inform us on the type of tongue tie, the procedure and the possible outcomes.

When liz came to us I was on the fench about what we were going to do if oisín(6days old) did have a tongue tie, she entered the house like a friend, calm and immediately put us at ease, everything was explained to us in great deal, I knew by the way she spoke not only to us but to oisín also that whatever the outcome we were going to go with her conclusion, The procedure was quick and within seconds he latched onto me and calmed down, We were convinced he would be unsettled the first night or two but no problems at all, were doing the excerises that were given to us at every feed, If you were considering getting your babies tongue tie sorted I would highly recommend liz she is amazing

With Liz’s clear instructions, it was very easy to find the clinic and the best parking option. Everything was very clean and well organised. I needed to change my son’s nappy before the appointment, and Liz promptly provided a suitable place for me to do so.

Liz and Wendy really care and everything they do and how they do it reflects that care. Having a very different experience on my first son at a different clinic, my husband and I were blown away with the level of diligence, information sharing, time, and aftercare from Liz and Wendy. At such a vulnerable time it was a relief to be cared for by them and have all our questions answered without being rushed out the door.
