Liz and Wendy are both wonderful. Liz took the time to go through our feeding history, my pregnancy and previous experience with my daughter. She did a thorough assessment of my son before recommending tongue tie release. She talked us through his issues and made us feel so at ease. The procedure was over so quickly and he was able to feed straight away. Wendy answered all my questions re latch and supply and helped make it a positive experience. It's saved our breastfeeding journey. I was in agony feeding before getting tongue tie released and now it's a completely different experience. Thank you so much!

Liz released my sons tongue tie in 2024 and we were back for my 2nd son this September as he also had a tongue tie. Her assessment is very thorough and explains everything to us in detail to allow us to make an informed decision if we want to proceed or not. We visited Liz last week with our 15 week old daughter. She has always had difficulties with feeding and feeding times had become so stressful for us. Liz examined her thoroughly and explained everything so clearly to us. Wendy was also present and both were so kind and caring towards us and made us feel very much at ease and we were not rushed at all. They listened to our concerns with such care and were so gentle and amazing with our daughter. We decided to get the tongue released. The procedure itself only took a few seconds. Liz also provides fantastic aftercare advice and is always there for help and support should you need to get in touch with her. Would definitely recommend Liz!

We took our newborn to meet with Liz & Wendy for our baby’s tongue tie. They were fantastic and helped us in so many ways. We are now able to feed much better than prior to the visit. Liz was recommended to us by a family member/ midwife. Her approach is very easy going and initial contact was easy and organised. As first time parents taking the stress out of travelling to a clinic and having Liz come to our home was a no brainier. Liz checked in before our appointment to confirm everything and called when she was on her way and arrived on time. She took us through a comprehensive explanation of the procedure over several hours. It is a huge amount of information to take in so she does really take her time so you can digest the info. Our baby had a 100% tongue tie so it was an easy decision for us to consent to the procedure. For lesser severity tongue ties she gives you all other options as intervention isn’t always necessary. Liz is calm and collected during the procedure and had us well prepared for the small amount of blood that would scare any new parent. She stayed until all bleeding had subsided and got our baby feeding before she left. Her follow up has been so informative and helpful with txts on WhatsApp the same day and days after. Thankfully so far our baby hasn’t had any setbacks but we know Liz is just a call away if she does. She takes payment through Revolut which is very convenient and issues an invoice before she leaves which is very efficient in my eyes.
