I worked with Siân for almost 12 months after the sudden death of my mother. It was really tough but I’m glad Siân was with me on the journey.
Sian really helped me with my anxiety levels, and also helped me to recognize burnout and how it manifested in my body. She really helped me out of a spiral I couldn’t get out of myself. She gave me really good tools to help manage my anxiety on a day to basis. I felt really comfortable with her and she gave me a safe space to talk.

Thank you for showing up for yourself even on the hard days. It was a pleasure to work with you.
I highly recommend Sian. From the very first session, she created a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where I felt comfortable opening up. She is an excellent listener, asks thoughtful questions, and provides practical insights that have helped me better understand myself and navigate challenges more effectively. Her professionalism, empathy, and genuine care for her clients is evident in every interaction. I have noticed significant improvements in my confidence, emotional well-being, and ability to manage stress since working with Sian. I am grateful for her guidance and would recommend Sian to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist.

Thank you for your review and for the work we did together.
It’s hard to put into words the experience I had while working with Siân. I attended therapy for a year after my son was killed. And while nothing could stop the indescribable pain I have Siân created a space where we could sit in it together. She allowed me to feel everything and never made me feel that my pain was too much. I appreciate that she didn’t get caught up in the details of what happened but just wanted me to have a safe space to explore it all. She showed me that grief does not follow a plan or time frame. And thank you so much Sián for remembering us even though we have finished therapy for now your kind words mean so much.

My thoughts are with you. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Sian has a genuine gift. She is amazing at what she does. She has helped me through some of the most significant challenges in my life, but equally importantly, she has helped me with the smaller things that often go unnoticed but make a huge difference to everyday happiness and peace of mind. Time and again, she has helped lift the load when things felt overwhelming and given me the tools, perspective, and confidence to keep moving forward. Her insight, warmth, and ability to understand what really matters are extraordinary. I often leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more hopeful than when I arrived. I am so grateful for the role she has played in my life. She is a true talent, and I genuinely think the world would be a better place if more people had the opportunity to work with her.

Thank you for your kind words. It was a pleasure to work with you.
I have been visiting Sian on & off for a number of years - currently not, as Im in a great place, in no small part, thanks to the tools I have gained, since working with her. Sian has guided me through resolving childhood trauma, traversing sudden grief, solving serious marital issues... and a range of other things that caused anxiety and heartache. Sian has always treated me with patience, understanding, empathy and wisdom. She strikes the balance perfectly between allowing me to figure some things out myself and offering valuable advice, when I have needed it. I am so grateful that Sian came into my life & I genuinely feel that things may not have turned out so well for me, had I not. I'm comforted to know that she is someone I can turn to, should I need support in the future. Sian is a very special person and I couldn't recommend her more wholeheartedly.

Thank you for your feedback. I’ve truly appreciated being part of your journey through these life changes and seeing the growth and determination you show in every situation.
I had several reiki sessions with Sian. The energy was outstanding. She pointed out areas of pain before I even shared with her. Her holistic approach is so comprehensive. I highly recommend her if you are going through a challenging time and need a touch of wellness therapy.

It was truly inspiring to watch you work though the pain and heartache you faced in each session. I enjoyed our time together and hope that you are well.
Its been a while since I've been to see Sian but I experienced how much Sian remembered, also how connected to my journey she was, which served me so well in remembering how far I've come in life but more recently on this path. I'm grateful for how much Sian has been here for me over the years and I only wish I started to speak with someone much earlier my life.

Every journey begins with the first step, and you took that step. You were brave enough to keep taking the steps you needed to move forward.
Sian really helped me out when I needed a professional to talk to. Very easy to talk to and not any feeling of needing to hold back in conversation. Definitely would go back if I need het again.

I am glad that the sessions where helpful and that the space was beneficial for you.
I completed 10 sessions of bereavement counselling sessions with Sian Williams over a 4 month period in 2026. I found the therapy experience to be transformative. Following the death of our adult son last year, I was struggling to accept the permanence of his loss. Sian approached our work together with empathy and compassion. She listened actively and intelligently but also guided the therapy process gently through reflective questions and feedback. The process was not easy but I felt safe and professionally held throughout. I am so glad I stayed the course as it has been immensely helpful in coming to a new understanding and acceptance of my grief. It has allowed me to shift my focus from the pain of loss to healing and growth. Thank you Sian!

Thank you so much for your kind and heartfelt words. It was truly a privilege to walk alongside you during such a deeply painful time. Your courage, honesty, and willingness to engage in the process were at the heart of the work we did together. I’m so glad to hear that you are finding a new way to hold your grief, and I continue to wish you gentleness, strength, and ongoing healing on your journey.
A lovely person and a great professional 😊

Lately, I’ve observed in therapy sessions that many people are exhausted from the effort to fix themselves.
