Every time I see Dr Theo I feel reassured and know that I’m in safe hands. I never have to wait long to see him and I know I’m getting the best advice for me because he listens!

The best in town. Its easy to contact the practice, the staff are exceptional and it's quick and easy to get an appointment. There are real people at the end of the 'phone too.

The practice Manager Kathryn is absolutely fantastic. Always available on the phone, always replies to emails almost immediately and I don’t know how she manages that. Frankly when I call up with regards to anything, be it an appointment, a message for the doctor to call me or whatever else it’s just done, and done with extreme charm and kindness.

Dr Michael Criswell has looked after my husband and I for many years. His support and expertise has been unfailing throughout. Theo is now continuing that tradition. Michael and Theo are supported by the wonderful Kathryn and Gilda who show the same dedication and personal touch. We are incredibly lucky to be so very well looked after by the Criswell Practice. It is head and shoulders above any practice I have ever known.

Theo helped us on an urgent matter, late at night in a bank holiday Saturday. It was the best medical care I have received. Without question. His practice is well organised, friendly and clean. The perfect place to be looked after.

My family of six have been with the Criswell practice for 30 years. The secretaries are helpful, kind and make every effort to find an appointment and help you. Nothing is too much trouble. Every visit is efficient and organised with minimal waiting times. I would highly recommend this practice to all ages. Outstanding!
