Absolutely fantastic. Best survey I have had. From coming in m, to having the Anaesthetic and then surgery. Mr Farid made my stay feel so good and made my recovery easy. I have had several major abdominal surgery before which I was told this would make fixing my hernia difficult. I can honestly say that apart from the additional scar I have been so happy with my outcome. Back to swimming and having fun. Thank you

Mr Farid investigated my complaint in great detail, provided clear explanations in layman's terms, and reassured me. He was particularly accessible and recommended I contact him directly, if required, should I have any ongoing concerns or a recurrence of my condition. This was most helpful and much appreciated.

Had problems with my gallbladder for ages in the NHS. Eventually became jaundiced and had to wait for 9 days before an ERCP and then put on a waiting list for surgery. I continued with pain and cold not take it any longer. Seen Mr Farid and within weeks seen, assessed. Operated on and back to work. So glad I went here with Mr Farid. Thank you
