My operation was a year ago for my hernia and I developed pain after 9 months. It was bad and I saw Mr Farid who examined me and listened to me and organised investigations. For the past year my mum struggled not knowing what was wrong, endless hospital visits in the end we found her diagnosis only to find out she cant have her operation for various reasons. Mum almost gave up at that moment however, I was eager to get a second opinion, that’s when I met with Dr Farid 20mins consultation with him was well worth it, he was friendly, professional and reassuring, he took time out to listen to everything we had to say and answer any questions we had clearly. He is the best consultant I have ever come across I would highly recommend Dr Farid. We felt so ease with him and he supported us so much during the difficult time my mum was going through. Alhamdulilah my mums surgery went really well Dr Farid and his team performed a successful surgery, Dr Farid had given me his number from the day we met him if we had any questions he would answer promptly to me that shows the level of care, he is a genuine compassionate and caring person. My family and I will always be grateful to Dr Farid he is an extraordinary surgeon and a kind human being. I highly truly recommend Dr Farid to anyone out there.

Overall happy with consultation: I am reluctant to go undergo surgery and decision what to do. Mr Farid explained all my options and made me feel confident in pursuing a non operative approach and wait to see if symptoms warrant surgery. I have focussed on losing weight and lifestyle choices as recommended. This will improve my outcomes from surgery if I decide to do this. Thank you.
