Thank you very much for your kind feedback. All the very best.
My Palmer/the ward I was in and the team were excellent. Unfortunately following op I had to visit A and E for catheter insertion where I had to wait 9pm- 6am.,No bedside manner/ incorrect advice/ no discharge letter and refusal to give me a contact number. amongst other complaints there.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you had to attend to A & E after the Op. I do hope you are now recovering well. I will ensure that your concerns are conveyed to A & E team concerned.
Absolute first class care from Mr Parmar and all his team. Everything was explained clearly, was very well looked after.

Many thanks.
Mr Parmar was very professional and kind from first having a consultation with him. He listened to concerns and talked through treatment and booked me in. The day of surgery went well, he came to check on me and then called a week after the op to check on progress and to advise GP will get lab results. I also requested a copy of the letter which he said was no problem.

Thank you very much for your kind feedback. All the very best.
