Every aspect was well organised and ran very smoothly. All staff were excellent and extended first rare courtesy and care

The staff could not have been more helpful, friendly or professional. The hospital is clean throughout and I cannot fault any aspect of the care received.

Quick, in on time, staff very friendly. The nurse was lovely putting you at ease. Waiting room smells of lovely coffee and was clean with comfy spaced out chairs. Check-in was easy, done on a personal tablet which receptionist was happy to help with when I had a query.

Exactly as you'd hope when looking for expert medical advice.

Excellent. One aspect that is annoying was the iPad check in routine. Very poor.

A good positive experience.

My whole experience was very positive from start to finish. I had the opportunity to visit and see the MRI scanner before my visit and all the staff made me feel very welcome and were reassuring and professional at all times right from the receptionist to the radiologist and the consultant doctor.
