Everyone's so helpful really are great team all of them cannot do enough for us

Really great, swift service

First time was excellent but second time was very poor. I was hardly seen by my nurse and later when I had had my operation was told there probably wouldn’t be anything to eat as everyone had gone home and was given a very soggy sandwich.She rushed off home without arranging for me to get downstairs. Her name was Blessing.Also the toilet had streaks of excrement in it.

I was greeted and dealt with quickly and efficiently and saw specialist very soon after i arrived. I then had a long wait for Xray. There were a lot of used paper cups in the waiting area.

They never contacted me so I haven't had the appointment

My experience was very positive from my enitial consultation right through to my after care.

All members of staff from reception to Consultant treated me with a high level of care. The hospital itself was clean and welcoming and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment

I have nothing but praise for my treatment at the Spire. My preoperative and post operative care has been excellent. All staff were friendly, accessable, reassuring when needed and professional.

My doctor was simply wonderful. From my first visit to my last he put me at ease . I felt safe having my operation. Thankyou so much
