I have to say that Mr Jain is direct talking and that is something I admire in him. he may to some appear as too direct, but I think he does not wish to mislead his patients. After a telling off for not making the progress he wanted to see at the end of the appointment he apologised if he sounded abrupt, but I thought he was fully entitled to his view which was very accurate. An extremely nice gentleman whom I have complete trust in.
