Very professional receptionists, clean and tidy waiting area.

On the whole I had a good experience before, during and after my stay. The only thing to let it down was on the ward. I was finally discharged at around 19:30 although I could have been discharged earlier. As this was a day ward there was no food provided in the early evening and on the day of I was there the nurses were having trouble getting hold of another ward to transfer 2 other patients that required an overnight stay.

I spoke to 2 members of staff and both were very helpful and another member of staff made sure we were OK as she noticed we had arrived early and had to wait 45 minutes for the appointment.
