So nice to deal with someone who is both professional and friendly. Liam put me at ease, explaining the procedure and aftercare and answering my questions. I certainly won’t hesitate to consult him again with any future problems.

Liam was very thorough throughout the assessment and treatment process, taking the time to explain the ultrasound findings and the reasoning behind the injection. The procedure itself was straightforward and I felt well looked after throughout. I’m still in the recovery phase, but so far the results have been very encouraging. The sesamoid pain that had been limiting my football has completely settled, and I’ve been able to return to running and training. The custom insoles have also been excellent — comfortable to play in and with no impact on feel on the ball. Overall, a very positive experience and I’m grateful for Liam’s expertise and support.

I attended the Kings Hill surgery which is easy to reach via M20, and has plenty of parking. Mr Stapleton examined my foot using ultrasound which I have arthritis in, he found two areas to be inflamed and swollen. Two injections were given along with aftercare advise. All very easy and no nonsense. Mr Stapleton is very good at explaining the issues in a easy to understand manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

The podologist was professional, friendly, and clearly explained that surgery would be the only long-term solution for my ingrown toenails. I also appreciated receiving a recommendation letter for future treatment. However, I was disappointed that the appointment lasted only about 10 minutes and did not include any actual treatment. For £140, I expected a more comprehensive assessment or intervention rather than a brief consultation. While the advice may have been accurate, I left feeling that the appointment was poor value for money and did not meet my expectations.

I have an arthritic toe which is very painful. A steroid injection greatly relieves the pain. I had such an injection two years ago administered by Mr Stapleton and this was very successful. I would certainly recommend Mr. Stapleton as a competent and caring Podiatrist.
