Mr Liam Stapleton

I was surprised that Mr Stapleton did not help me on to the couch, despite me being in a wheelchair 5ft tall and under 8st. aged 75, and having MND, this was left to my husband of 76 to assist me.

Very clear in discussing the options I had following my MRI. I didn’t feel rushed and get able to talk through the best possible solution.

I was offered a cancellation much sooner than I expected. Dr Stapleton was friendly, he listened to my summary and he was clear about the next steps. A really good experience.

Mr Stapleton listened to my problems on ongoing plantar fasciitis and effect it is having on my life ie constant pain when walking any distant. He explained the various treatments open to me including a steroid injection. As I had one for the same problem many years ago I agreed to this suggestion (in fact very keen to have one). The injection was carried out with little problem as he used imaging.to guide him to the affected area in my heel. Hopefully in time I will get back to normal. He said he will ring in 4 weeks to see how things were going.. Very satisfied and thanks.

Really professional and reassuring. Diagnosed the problem straight away and confirmed this with an ultrasound. Advised of a plan to hopefully sort this out for me.
