Dr Harding's demeanour is excellent. He is very clear with his explanations, which is aided by the way he structures those explanations. I also like the small humour he brings with his explanations too (when appropriate).

Dr Harding was very polite, welcoming, friendly and asked all the appropriate questions before medically examining me. After the examination he went into detail about my condition, its prognosis and steps that needed to be taken. He was very clear and helpful in all his advice and checked that I understood the situation before we finished, giving me a chance to ask questions.
