Very clean. Very friendly. Answered any of the questions that you may have had overall very happy with the service that I received. Except there was no after-care. Apart from the physio that I have every 5 to 6 weeks.

My experience at Canterbury has been brilliant can't fault that side. Sadly the call centre side and the consultants secretary replies haven't been great. I spoke to the consultant last Wednesday and arranged a review end of March. The following day I rung and was needing to speak to the consultant as I found out I was pregnant and had no idea what to do or meds to take considering I've had 2 complex losses. I got told I would receive a call back. I didn't so Friday I called again and explained again the situation. They said I would get a call back. Again I didn't. Infact I got a text saying congratulations I've booked a review with your consultant on 28th March... over 5 weeks later! Meaning I would be over 9 weeks. 9 weeks of no medication or early scan. So I called again explaining again my situation that I need the consultant or their secretary to call me to discuss. Again I didn't get a call but a text stating my consultant was off so to call epu regarding any my questions about medication. I was so upset that i was left in limbo with the consultant. Tonight I received a call to say my letters etc are ready to collect from Canterbury and I explained I don't need them as I am pregnant. I explained my experience with Hannah who was so lovely and supportive and she apologised and thinks my consultant wasn't even made aware I called and was pregnant. Thankfully I also emailed the email you contact when booking scans and the lovely lady there gave me help and advice. Such a shame I couldn't get this help from spencer hospital. I also contacted early pregnancy at Ashford and I am now on 4 lots of medication. Good job I did chase things and sort things myself otherwise I would be none the wiser I should of been on this medication and need a scan at 7 weeks. If I left it with the consultant secretary i would be on no medication and no early scan. Very disappointed when they knew full well I've had losses and was concerned. It was like they couldn't care less and didn't want to ring me and just sent me texts being no help.

I had to go into the Spencer Hospital in Canterbury Kent, following a text message I received regarding my pre assessment operation. As it was very confusing.
