He explained everything carefully in a polite and expert way leaving me reassured
Mr Thakur dealt with me very professionally and clearly and I was very pleased with the outcome of my consultation
Mr Thakur did a partial knee replacement for me at Ashford One in 2023. I was delighted with the results and therefore I had to negotiate all the hurdles put in my way by the NHS to get back to have my other knee done. I am now 6 weeks post op with a partial knee replacement and am fully mobile. Mr Thakur is polite, knowledgeable and friendly and told me exactly what he had done during the operation.
Amazing professionalism, everything explained very clearly.
Clear and informative, the whole experience took a matter of minutes.
Mr Thakur had an excellent manner, answered all my questions and told me everything I needed to know
Excellent colleague
