All went exactly as planned. No anxious waiting and being unsure. All the nursing and support was very thoughtful. Attention to detail as to having items ( drink, call button etc) in reach before leaving the room.
Mr Thakur was easy to talk too and put me at ease about my procedure and answered all my questions
Relaxed and thorough, hopefully we can resolve my issue.
Good 'bedside' manner and answered my questions thoroughly.
He was very specific and I understood everything explained, lovely man
Mr Thakur and the rest of the staff made me feel at ease with the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Mr Thakur identified the problem with my shoulder and performed keyhole surgery. He visited me before the operation and spoke to me in the recovery room to tell me what he had done (remove a bone spur). My shoulder has been sore but not as painful as I expected and it is moving well after 1 week.
Excellent colleague
