Mr Thakur and the rest of the staff made me feel at ease with the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Mr Thakur identified the problem with my shoulder and performed keyhole surgery. He visited me before the operation and spoke to me in the recovery room to tell me what he had done (remove a bone spur). My shoulder has been sore but not as painful as I expected and it is moving well after 1 week.
