Very efficient.

Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly and helpful.

I arrived a minute late for my appointment and was greeted by a very friendly nurse who took me straight into a room for my pre-op assessment. Very impressed with the speed and efficiency.

As always my appointment went like clockwork the staff were friendly and welcoming I was seen on time and everything went really well.

The staff were very professional and polite. Sadly the same cannot be said for the consultant/doctor who was abrupt and made me feel I was wasting his time. He prodded in my ears removing some wax which have left both of them still painful at the moment, I winced while he did this but there was no empathy. He said whatever was wrong, as seen by paying Spencer Canterbury in April, must have self healed. He made me feel that I had wasted his time but how was I to know it had rectified itself when I cant look in my ear!! We are all human so I am taking it that he was having an off day that day which sadly coincided with my appointment.
