Was seen straight away. Receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable. A very easy experience and well worth it for peace of mind and diagnosis
It was an excellent experience, no delays, say Mr Jain and was able to discuss with me some of the steps that would be taken for the knee operation, and the waiting time period.
As soon as we entered the reception staff all were very welcoming and pleasant.
I have been to the spire Alexandra Hospital a few times and they are alway so friendly and helpful, they make you feel safe and cared for. The hospital itself is alway clean and tidy.
Reception staff are always very polite and make you feel comfortable while waiting in the reception area. Also very clean and well maintained.
Thoroughly recommend it here. Amazing staff and spotlessly clean.
