I saw Mr Lim re a blocked nasal passage. I immediatley felt at ease, nice friendly smile, down to earth and very personable, which is important from my perspective. He was very thorough in his examination and gentle and caring. Unfortunatley I had a to have a procedure down to staighten my septum, remove a large Polyp and I was in and having this completed within 3 weeks. Again Mr Lim was very assuring before and he even came to recovery to check in. The operation went extremely well and Mr Lim must have very gentle hands and incredible skills at what he did as the pain was far less than I thought and no external bruising. I could breathe through my originally blocked side straight away and now 3.5 weeks post op it feels wonderful. Thank you so much Mr Lim

Mr Jerome Lim was very good, and everything went well initially. However, I was very disappointed with the process of booking my hearing test and scan. I had informed the team several times that I do not live near the area, so having the hearing test and scan on the same day would have been a great help and would have saved me from making multiple journeys. The day before my appointment, I received a call informing me that the scan machine was not working. I was then told that the machine was working again and that everything would be fine for my appointment. However, on the actual day of my appointment, I received another call informing me that the machine was not working after all. By that point, I had already arranged and taken an unpaid day off work, so this was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I am still waiting for a new appointment. While I was very happy with Mr Jerome Lim and his care, I am disappointed with the communication and organisation surrounding the scan appointment. I hope this can be addressed and that my new appointment can be arranged as soon as possible.

He explained in a very easily way how my symptom of my dizziness and how it happened and what treatment was he going to perform to sort it out.
