Mr Kapoor put me at my ease and stopped me from worrying. He diagnosed my problem prescribed the antibiotics that was needed and carried out the procedure he needed to do with care. Follow-up appointments with cat were carried out with the same care I would thoroughly recommend him

Very efficient, kind, clear positive, uplifting and professional, I felt heard and comfortable and felt that my distress about my hearing was understood and acted upon. I felt confident that I will receive good treatment. My only concern is the timeline, I am keen to get the MRI asap, which was requested. After being misdiagnosed twice, I decided to visit Mr Kapoor. He diagnosed my condition within 20 minutes. He reassured me and quickly put in a plan of action to deal with some very difficult symptoms that were greatly affecting me. His calmness and positivity really helped me with my recovery.

I was referred to Mr Kapoor due to a throat issue. This he discussed with me in some depth and together with notes from my GP was able to make a clear diagnosis of my condition. An endoscopy was employed as part of the investigation which was carried out simply and without any pain. Mr Kapoor is a caring professional who I would thoroughly recommend.
