I had a very informative and pleasant consultation with Mr Kapoor. He took his time to explain my condition carefully and outlined his recommended treatment in words and with a sketch.

I had such a positive experience with Dr Kapoor this week and genuinely couldn’t recommend him enough. From the moment I met him, he was warm, jovial and incredibly personable. What stood out to me most was how human his approach was. He took the time to really listen to everything I’d been experiencing, asked thoughtful questions and explained everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or dismissed. He talked me through several options, made sure I understood them and was genuinely supportive throughout. He also arranged investigations straight away, which was incredibly reassuring after what had already been quite a stressful few weeks. It’s not often you come away from a medical appointment feeling so listened to, reassured and confident in the care you’ve received. Dr Kapoor managed to make the whole experience feel both professional and genuinely personal, with a lovely sense of humour along the way. A wonderful doctor, and I’m really grateful for his kindness, thoroughness and care.

Mr Kapoor was very thorough during my consultation, he made me feel like I had plenty of time to discuss my symptoms and concerns and I felt listened to. Mr Kapoor explained the possible reasons for my various symptoms and naturally he has requested a number of further tests in order to get to a diagnosis.

Although brief, my consultation with Mr Karan Kapoor was a very pleasant one. Would highly recommend, especially for his ability to calm nerves within seconds.

Mr Kapoor put me at my ease and stopped me from worrying. He diagnosed my problem prescribed the antibiotics that was needed and carried out the procedure he needed to do with care. Follow-up appointments with cat were carried out with the same care I would thoroughly recommend him

Very efficient, kind, clear positive, uplifting and professional, I felt heard and comfortable and felt that my distress about my hearing was understood and acted upon. I felt confident that I will receive good treatment. My only concern is the timeline, I am keen to get the MRI asap, which was requested. I am anxious about the longer term affects as well as the current discomfort, especially as I already have hearing loss. Highly recommended, and I look forward to my folllow up appointment. I feel like I am in safe hands and feel confident that a solution will be reached.. thank you
