At the initial consultation I found him to be very friendly, with clear explanations of the procedure and the risks involved. On the day of the op he came in to have a final chat about the procedure. Again he was reassuringly calm and friendly. Afterwards he popped in briefly to the ward room to say all had gone well.

Lovely man, professional, highly qualified, friendly and put me at ease. I felt safe in his hands immediately.

Mr Hamouda together with his support staff provided excellent service from the initial appointment through to the operation. He was vey professional and came across as someone who had much needed empathy

As this was my first ever general anaesthetic op, I was a little nervous prior. Mr Hamouda had explained very clearly at our initial consultation the procedure and any related risks. Pre op instructions were very clear and helpful. On the day I felt fully prepared because of communications with Benenden Hospital. Everyone I came into contact with were friendly, professional and calm throughout the day of the op, explaining procedures and answering questions. Mr Hamouda came to have a short discussion pre op, as did the anaesthetist. After the op I was looked after extremely well, Mr Hamouda once again called in briefly to say all had gone well and I was allowed home late afternoon with clear aftercare instructions. The room I stayed in was very comfortable with a view over the fields. My wife was able to come and go using the room as a base whilst I was in theatre. It was also spotlessly clean.

Every member of staff was attentive, efficient & very kind. The environment was clean to a very high standard.

From start to finish, every member of staff was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything clearly to me. On the day of my operation, I met some lovely nurses who immediately put me at ease, and the team in the operating theatre were also very kind and reassuring.Your kindness and professionalism have made what could have been a worrying experience so much easier. Mr Hamoudi clearly explained my options and talked me through the procedure. I felt safe and reassured that I was in good hands. I was also sent information about the operation. Mr Hamoudi came to see me on the ward before and after surgery and all went to plan. As my gallbladder was removed laparoscopically, healing has been quick with very little pain. I was given information about my recovery. Things to eat/avoid and what to expect regarding bloating and swelling. Just over one week post surgery and with some diet adjustments best maintained long term, I already feel so much better.

Dr Hamouda was a very pleasant, helpful and well informed Dr, I felt instantly safe in his hands. I can highly recommend him. He performed a laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair on me and so far I feel amazing!
