Slight complication on arrival as I booked on line, however, due to seeing Mr Patko years ago, my record was merged but online payment lost. A very polite and friendly receptionist sorted this quickly and efficiently. Hospital was very clean. I was seen immediately and nurses were friendly and helpful.

The reception staff and nursing staff were always friendly and helpful. Jill, Dr Naeem's secretary was always accommodating and Dr Naeem herself was outstanding: informative, warm, compassionate and thorough. I couldn't have felt in safer, kinder hands.
