I recently had a HyCoSy scan with Dr Pragati and while the procedure itself was quite painful, her care was absolutely incredible. She explained everything clearly beforehand so I knew what to expect. When the procedure became overwhelming and I cried, she was incredibly gentle, apologized for the discomfort, and she comforted me while keeping me focused on our next steps. I felt so safe, respected, and cared for during a very vulnerable moment. I highly recommend her.
