Mr Abouzeid put me at ease immediately, as I was fairly anxious about what was going to happen. He explained everything in detail, made sure I understood and answered all my questions. He was very gentle and made sure I was OK all the way through the appointment and procedure as he had viewed my history, asked me about it as even inserting a speculum had been very painful in the past.

Mr Ballard listened carefully to me and my concerns and addressed them all thoroughly. He explained the medications he was recommending in a comprehensive manner and checked that I understood my treatment. I would definitely recommend him.

I found Dr Alex to be very approachable and knowledgable, she has a very calming demeanour about her which put me at ease straight away. Dr Alex provided me with clear concise information and she went above and beyond to get me where I am today. Thank you

As I've already mentioned, I don't think I've ever encountered a more thorough, compassionate medical professional. Dr Naeem explained everything that was going on in my body in the area concerned (and though she never actually said it - I sensed she knew why). She offered my choices, listened to my wishes and respected my concerns throughout the two years I was fortunate enough to be under her care and did not discharge me until she was confident I was well enough to be. I always felt safe and seen in her presence and will never forget the kindness she showed about a matter that other doctors have disregarded and brushed away for decades. She is a rarity without doubt and I feel blessed to have crossed her path. I won't ever forget her. Thank you Dr Naeem. Ursula.

This was my first ever surgery and my worst fear was being put under general anaesthetic! The staff and nurses were very friendly and reassuring. They go the extra mile to look after you getting you whatever you need during recovery. Dr Porter is very experienced and he has a calming nature. I’m more than happy with my results, all my pain and discomfort has vanished!! I would give Dr Porter 10 stars if I can, he's amazing!! before and after care its exceptional at the hospital!!! His assistant Caroline is a super star / amazing 😁😇🙏
