My husband and I both have complete confidence in recommending Dr. Toomas Sarev without reservation. We have both sought his services. He is a physician of the highest integrity, a brilliant clinician, and a truly caring professional who exemplifies the very best in medicine. Any patient fortunate enough to work with or receive care from Dr. Sarev will benefit enormously from his expertise and humanity.
We are so glad we found Dr Sarev he is caring, really listens to you & I feel completely looked after by Dr Sarev knowing that he will do his very best to help me. Dr Sarev is the full five stars for me in a very worrying time he set my mind at ease & had a plan of action. This is the second time we have had an appointment & both times he has been excellent.
I had been experiencing problems which I had attributed to being side effects with my medication and was frustrated with my GP's apparent unwillingness to try alternatives without first having the "green light" from a cardiologist. I faced a 8-12 month wait to see such a specialist on the NHS (even if I could have persuaded them that the side effects were severe enough to warrant such an appointment) so I turned to Dr Sarev for help. His rates were reasonable (about the cost of a meal out for four in a decent restaurant) and I was seen very soon after making the initial contact. Dr Sarev actually listened to me, reviewed my history, and was able to suggest alternatives to the medications I believed were at the core of my problems. The best bit, though, was that my GP's actually heeded his advice and changed my prescriptions accordingly. I know I was shortcutting the backlogs in the NHS, but I simply couldn't face another year of inaction and chose to find the money to be able to bypass the queue. I cannot fault Dr Sarev in the way I was treated by him.
Very reassuring, very knowledgeable, put my mind at rest. Very professional in his manner. And made the time to explain everything to me.
Had a Bruce Protocol test yesterday and the whole experience was very professional and Dr Sarev was a pleasure to deal with, made me feel at ease
Dr Sarev was exceptionally helpful, he did not rush me at all and answered my many probing questions to help me understand my problem. He drew diagrams to explain further, offering detailed explanations. His explanations really helped me understand what was happening and why. I was very impressed at his helpful approach to ensuring I understood what was happening.

Thank you! When two experts meet, something good must come out!
Dr Sarev was wonderful. He took time and care to discuss my condition, answered all my questions patiently and clearly. The zoom call to him didn’t feel rushed in any way. I am so grateful to him for his help and advice. For me, the consulting fee was an investment in my health for the future. Thank you, Dr Sarev.
