Mr Emara has been brilliant from 1st appointment to my recent discharge. Realistic but optimistic; he's clear with his discussion of the risks of my procedure and answered all questions thoroughly and exhaustively; his drawings of the ogans are great! Highly recommended
Urology partners are well organised and highly responsive. Their online portal makes things very easy and clear.
Miss Mistry was lovely. She explained everything clearly giving me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my options
The only criticism is that I had to wait about 30 minutes for my appointment
I arrived with a few minutes to spare, there were lots of parking spaces. The reception staff were friendly and directed me to the waiting area. Neil Barber called me in at my appointed time and was friendly, professional and reassuring.
