I had to wait for over 90 minutes for a bladder scan due to a mix upon the ward. Waiting times to see Mr Emara were short.

The best thing for me personally, is that when you ring the mobile number, you speak to a person, not a recording. I spoke to Linda on a Monday morning and she was able to offer an appointment either the next day or Wednesday. Once it was booked, I had an email with my letter of confirmation within 30mins, it doesn’t get much better than that! Fast, efficient and friendly service all round. My appointment with Urology Partners was at Mount Alverna Hospital, Guildford.
