We could not fault our experience of urology partners. Every person we came into contact with was friendly and professional, wait times were reasonable and facilities clean.

All the appointments were scheduled in a easy and comfortable way for me. The locations of the appointments were all easy to find, clean and very well presented. Appointments were of the right duration and didn't have to wait almost at all. Dealing with invoices was also good and easy.

Friendly professional manner

Direct Admin support around the consultant is excellent. Time management on appointments is challenging but considering the time pressures on the consultants, understandable. The BMI Hampshire clinic reception function is ok.
