Consultant Urologist, London & Surrey | Robotic Kidney Surgery . Kidney Stones . Prostate Disease Specialist
About Me
I am a Consultant Urologist based in London and Surrey, dedicated to providing world-class, patient-focused care across London, Surrey, and Berkshire. My philosophy is built on clear communication and shared decision-making, ensuring you receive a swift diagnosis and a treatment plan tailored to your lifestyle — whether you are seeking a first private opinion or a complex referral. I receive national and international referrals for complex kidney cancer surgery and benign kidney reconstruction (pyeloplasty), and welcome patients referred from other centres across the UK and abroad.
I am a high-volume robotic surgeon and one of the UK's leading practitioners of da Vinci robotic kidney surgery — one of the highest volumes in the UK. My practice is centered on three specialist areas:

Training & Experience
Following specialist training in the East Midlands, I refined my expertise in complex stone disease at the prestigious Nottingham University Hospitals stone unit. I then completed a Royal College of Surgeons accredited Robotic Fellowship in kidney cancer surgery at Frimley Park Hospital—an international center of excellence for robotic kidney surgery.
I currently serve as a Consultant Urologist and Cancer Lead for Urology at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, Surrey, where I hold Named Investigator status on research studies, lead the Renal Cancer MDT, and maintain audited surgical outcomes that consistently meet the highest national benchmarks. I see private patients at Welbeck clinic (1 Welbeck Street, Marylebone), The London Clinic (Devonshire Place), Spire Dunedin Hospital (Reading), Spire Clare Park Hospital (Farnham and Guildford), The Princess Margaret Hospital (Windsor), and Heatherwood Hospital (Ascot).

so far it has all gone ok, listened to what I had to say
Very pleased with every aspect of my care under Mr Malki and his team, from my initial consultation through to post surgery. Mr Malki is highly professional and also very personable. He put me at ease throughout and took time to listen and explain everything. I would highly recommend Mr Malki. Mr Malki’s administrative team are also excellent.

It was a very pleasant one. The care was top notch and all the staffs were all friendly.
I met Mr Malki on the morning of my kidney operation. He was charming, professional and explained the operation he was going to perform. As the patient he put me very much at ease. The operation was completed successfully , I returned home the following day and was feeling almost back to normal in six days. The incisions were healing well and any discomfort was minimal. I had my post-operative assessment three weeks after the operation and was delighted to be able to see Mr Malki and thank him personally. I feel completely back to normal. I should also like to mention the kindness and support from other members of the urology team particularly Kate Brown. They all do a fantastic job. I am hugely grateful to them . Thanks.
Mr Malki has a very open and friendly way of communicating. He made sure I was clear on the outcome of recent procedures and scans and of the proposed next steps in my treatment.
Excellent. Very clear and concise with diagnosis and next steps
