After having a less than ideal experience with the NHS, it was such a relief to speak to someone who was so professional and reassuring. Mr Goodall explained everything clearly and answered my questions in a straightforward manner - without sugar coating the facts, but helping me to understand the best options for me personally.

It was pleasant to meet a medical professional who actually listened from the start rather than typing on a computer and interrupting me. I felt my concerns were listened to, my examination was thorough and next steps were both sensible and reassuring.
