About The Park Hospital
At The Park Hospital we have access to modern equipment and private facilities for patients in and around Nottinghamshire, Grantham and Newark.
Our private facilities and on-site support services enable our private consultants to undertake a wide range of procedures from routine investigations to complex surgery. Specialist services include: orthopaedics, cardiac surgery, ophthalmology, urology, gynaecology, general surgery, dermatology and robotic surgery. We also offer end-to-end cancer care with on-site chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments.
We have recently invested in state-of-the-art equipment, including a Da Vinci Robot, which allows our consultants to perform complex procedures with advanced levels of precision.
Our specialist expertise is supported by caring and professional medical staff, with dedicated nursing teams and Resident Medical Officers on duty 24 hours a day, providing private healthcare within a friendly and comfortable environment.
The Park Hospital in Nottingham has:

The hospital is set on the grounds of a country park and all hospital bedrooms are en-suite with a bath or shower, nurse call system, piped oxygen. We have ample car parking spaces including 4 electric charging stations.

Absolutely spot on

The Park Hospital provided all the care and attention that I needed during my initial face to face consultation there and also during my day case stay for surgery. I would recommend this hospital without hesitation.

Staff are helpful and friendly, room I was given was tired if I’m honest and needs updating. Nurses were stretched on the night I was kept in.

The Park Hospital is nicely situated in the countryside between Ravenshead and Nottingham. It has a pleasant feel and there have always been parking spaces available on my visits.

The experience is mixed. Most of the staff were very friendly, although when I was in pain, I was made to feel like I was a nuisance. One of the nurses made me feel very uncomfortable by sharing her religious beliefs before my surgery and saying that the outcome was gods will. I am an atheist and although I believe everyone is entitled to their own beliefs, I don’t want their thoughts rammed down my throat, especially at such a highly sensitive time. I was left to sort out my own discharge from the hospital as I had been left waiting. Although I was in a private room on admission, it was in a poor state of repair. As a private hospital I would expect the standards to be better.
