I would have like a letter or email confirming my visit in advance. The staff were particularly pleasant and helpful. The coffee machine is excellent, although decaffeinated coffee would be a great addition. My consultant was goid but he lacked the ' beside manner '. The hospital is very clean and feels wonderfully spacious. Id definitely use this hospital again
