Wonderful surgeon and extremely sensitive and understanding about my concerns and worries . I felt care free and positive about my future after talking to Mr Osman at my appointment . Fabulous bed side manner and it’s was very obvious how genuine his care and concern for my well being both mentally and physical was . Knowing that the team there at the breast unit are there anytime I need than gives me the feeling of being under ‘an umbrella’ of support for the ongoing future x

I was greeted with the words “Good News”, which allayed my fears instantly. Everything was explained to me in clear terms. I was given advice going forward and have been impressed with the standard of treatment from start to finish.

Mr Osman very friendly and professional After examination my chest reassured me that I did not have breast cancer, but gynocomastia. However, because I was so relieved at this diagnosis, that I forgot to ask if this lump will grow. I will continue to monitor this.

Mr Osman was very reassuring, especially in saying that I shouldn't ignore any future changes, even if they only occurred a couple of months after this appointment

Mr Osman gave a clear and informative explanation of the problem and the need for a biopsy which he carried out then and there with good humour and a most professional manner. Excellent explanation of how to self care in the next few days and information as to possible/probable result with on going treatment. First rate service cannot thank Frimley and Mr Osman enough.

Mr Osman has a very nice manner, even when delivering bad news. He used diagrams to explain the surgical procedure which helped me understand. Overall I felt calm and reassured by him.

Mr Osman is always amazing, he explains things so I understand and is compassionate and caring. He has given me some bad news multiple times and operated on me twice. I wouldn’t want any other surgeon

Dr Osman explained everything clearly to me and was straight to the point which is what I need to hear. He was understanding in my worries and concerns and put my mind at ease in a difficult time. My surgery results look very good and much better than I had thought it was going to look.
