I had lots of questions for my 6 month review but Mr Osman answered them all, clearly & if there were options, explained then to me in terms I could understand.
Mr Osman has a wonderfully caring attitude and immediately puts you at ease. He explains everything very well with illustrations., answering any questions that arise. He turns what could be a worrying time into a relaxed meeting. I can't thank him enough for his skill and genuine warmth.
Dr Osman’s bedside manner is exceptional. I visited Dr Osman yesterday with my elderly mother of 86 (it’s was her appointment) he totally understands my mother, her dementia and was so kind explaining carefully the next stages to her treatment.
This was such a positive experience at a difficult time. Mr Osman is kind and caring and very good at putting a patient at ease. He explains the medical condition and treatment options in detail. I felt that he took me seriously and answered every question I had. Thank you so much!
