All staff were friendly and directed me to where I needed to go. They were friendly and answered any questions I had.
Visits to Spire Dunedin Hospital do vary from time to time. Overall, there are lovely staff and usually do assist with what you need. However, at times, I have experienced rude or incompetent staff members. Wait times are usually very long and its got to the point where I expect a wait time of 15-30 minutes for my appointment. On a treatment day - which is also when I had a major occipital neuralgia flare - they had scheduled my treatment for a time where the consultant was still in surgery wouldn't be there for another hour... My last visit was fine, I did have to wait 30 minutes of my appointment, to the point where 3 other patients were waiting as well. Their management of appointments isn't the best. It is very hit and miss.
Wound thoroughly recommend, this was a follow up consultation which provided excellent care and information.
