He has a remarkable ability to ask the right questions without making you feel uncomfortable, quickly putting you at ease and creating an open, relaxed conversation. He is an excellent listener, non-judgemental, and takes the time to understand the full picture. His knowledge is clearly extensive, but he shares it in a way that adds depth and understanding without making the discussion feel overly technical or medical. I particularly appreciated how he included my wife in the conversation, ensuring we both felt listened to and involved throughout. We left feeling informed, reassured and genuinely cared for.
