The facilities were faultless. Dr O'Dwyer was welcoming and exceptionally thorough. His advice was clearly explained and I have every confidence that the follow-up actions will address my concerns.

I have had two appointments with Dr John O'Dwyer to date. On each occasion his compassionate, reassuring and attentive manner made me feel relaxed and heard - by listening carefully, asking perceptive questions to fully understand my situation, and by giving me ample time to think before I replied. In turn he responded to my questions with appropriate detail and language for me to fully appreciate the underlying causes of my symptoms. He had remembered me from my initial appointment so I could go straight into the second appointment without the need to recap previous information. Dr O’Dwyer sent his follow up letters in a timely manner which reflected an accurate, complete and articulate summary of our appointments; during the first visit I had asked him to document one of his specific statements, and he had remembered to do so. I have had many interactions with medically trained professionals through both my work as an auditor in clinical trials and of course as a patient, and it was refreshing to have been treated so well and provided with such high quality documentation.

Dr O’Dwyer is professional, smart and engaging. He listens and has been extremely effective in resolving a complicated issue that has otherwise had no progress in 3 years. I am extremely grateful, not to mention relieved as is my family. He has made a massive impact in a short period of time. Thank you.
