About Dr Sunila Jog
Dr Sunila Jog is a highly experienced Consultant Paediatrician with over two decades of experience. She has a special interest in paediatric respiratory medicine, allergy, rheumatology, and neonatology.
She gained her primary medical qualification in 1995 and has since gone on to undertake a variety of roles both in the UK and overseas, including two years supporting the Flying Doctors in Australia by providing critical care to babies being transported across the country.
Dr Jog has helped to develop respiratory and neonatal services at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital and through various management roles has influenced strategy to improve patient care and experience.
She provides bespoke and child-centred treatment plans for children and their families to support healthy living. This is based at the Spire Southampton Hospital, Spire Clare Park Hospital , Farnham, Spire Dunedin hospital, Reading and at the Candover Clinic, Basingstoke.
In addition to General Paediatric clinics, Dr Jog offers one stop speciality clinics including assessment of a wide range of respiratory issues, allergy clinics , neonatal and joint problems in children. She offers various investigations such as FeNO test , Spirometry and skin prick test.
Sunila has a busy practice, but she offers holistic, genuine and child focused care. She believes it is a privilege to treat children and families and finds her work extremely rewarding.

DR. Jog took the time to listen to us and trusted her gut and got our daughter the tests she needed and now our daughter can get the treatment she really needs. Without seeing Dr. Jog our daughters outcome may not of been very good as we didn’t know what was wrong with her so was obvious to what she had. We will forever be grateful for Dr. Jog seeing our daughter so quickly and getting the MRI done so quick. Not only is Dr. Jog an amazing Doctor she is also the loveliest person and made our daughter felt heard and my daughter said “Dr. Jog is the nicest, best dressed doctor she has ever seen”.
Dr Jog was very warm, listened to our concerns and provided clear explanation. She went ahead to initiate treatments which helped resolve our daughter's wellbeing.
Came to visit with my daughter and Dr Jog was wonderful and patient in explaining what's going on and what to do next
Dr Jog has been exceptionally thorough in looking after my daughter. She made my daughter feel very relaxed and listened carefully to all of our concerns. I really felt that we were in safe hands and that all avenues were looked into. It was a pleasure to be looked after by her!
Dr Jog was very confident in her diagnosis and made us feel at ease. There was a nurse in the room who played with my son so we could listen to the doctor.
