Dr Ravi Kumar

Dr. Kumar is a truly wonderful paediatrician and someone we are extremely grateful to have met. We first met him in March, and from our very first consultation, we felt that we were in safe hands. He has an exceptional way of explaining complex medical issues in very simple terms. He even took the time to draw pictures and explain the issue visually, which made everything so much easier for us to understand. What could have been a very worrying and complicated situation suddenly felt much more manageable, and his calm and reassuring approach gave us a lot of confidence. He also arranged a referral to Southampton promptly and ensured that our son received the right care without unnecessary delays. Even after the procedure, he saw our son again personally and made sure he was recovering well and that the issue had been properly resolved. What stood out to us was not just his medical knowledge, but the way he communicates with parents—with patience, clarity and genuine care. We walked out of our first appointment feeling reassured that our son was in good hands, and that feeling stayed with us throughout the whole process. We are incredibly thankful to Dr. Kumar for his care, guidance and support. We would highly recommend him to any parent looking for a paediatrician who combines excellent medical expertise with compassion and a wonderful ability to put families at ease.
