We had a wonderful experience with Dr Kumar. From the moment we met him, his approachable manner made both my son and me feel comfortable. He connected with my 9-year-old very quickly and created such a relaxed environment that my son felt at ease throughout the appointment. What stood out most was the way Dr Kumar involved my son in the consultation. He explained everything clearly, spoke to him directly and made sure he understood what was happening, which helped him feel included and reassured rather than simply being spoken about. He also took the time to talk us through the plan going forward and explained the next steps in a clear and detailed manner. We felt that our concerns were genuinely heard and that we were fully supported throughout the appointment. The nurse who assisted Dr Kumar were equally wonderful—friendly, caring and attentive. Their support added to what was an excellent overall experience. We are very grateful for the thoughtful and child-centred care we received.

Dr Ravi Kumar is very gentle and professional. He’s got a wonderful bedside manner and is really easy to talk to and understand. We went to see him with our 9 month old baby and he had a great way with our baby and was able to make her feel calm and relaxed. I also felt he was really thorough in his examination, discussion of the treatment options and answered all of our questions with understanding and taking his time.
