Dr Krishna Soondrum is an incredible dr, he went above and beyond to fit us in as a last minute request before his holiday, staying back late at the hospital to see my little boy. Dr Soondrum was extremely thorough and clear, and has a wonderful manner. I would recommend him to all patients.
We have had very good experience at the first appointment with Dr Soondrum. Attentive, knowledgeable and have put us at ease. He noticed that my child became upset when the blood tests were mentioned and had a word with the head nurse who then was very patient and very efficient at helping my child feel at ease whilst blood samples were taken. That was much better any previous experience of blood tests for my child! Dr. Soondrum was also very prompt in providing a telephone feedback 25 hours later summarising the blood test findings and explaining the next steps.
Dr Soondrum was great. He was very good with our daughter he put her and us at ease and worked out a plan for us going forward. Thanks so much.
