If I could give Joyce 10 stars I would. Highly recommended
Joyce was incredibly helpful! I was suffering with clogged ears and was so lucky they took me in last minute. I really appreciate that cause it’s always hard to book appointments when life gets busy. She was really knowledgeable and proactive about everything. Plus, she really seems to enjoy her job! Great service and I’m really pleased!
Joyce Ho was wonderful . Very friendly but also very professional and patient. She listened carefully. After doing a new hearing test she took infinite pains to reset my 4 year old hearing aids correctly and put the best programmes for me onto my phone . When I got home I could hear the clock ticking in the sitting room ! I haven't heard that for some years.
Joyce was very approchable, knowledgeable and empathetic
Joyce was friendly and polite, asked me about my experience of hearing loss, and listened attentively. She was able to explain some reasons for my experience of difficulty hearing in specific situations. The ear examination itself was quick and thorough. To my surprise, one ear had significant wax. Joyce dealt with it efficiently, taking care to explain what she doing and what I should expect. The hearing test itself revealed no change. Joyce was able to show me on a chart which sounds I am likely to miss out on. I noticed that certain letter-sounds are more likely to be missed than others. Being able to compare previous tests is a real benefit to me. All Joyce's explanations were clear and easy to understand. I really appreciated that.
