Clean and fresh Clinic, pleasant meet / greet and efficiently through to procedure, on time. Clinician informed me as the procedure went on as to what he was doing and any problems to advise.
Staff friendly, patient, ready to discuss and advise on individual preferences and requirements. Never felt pressurised or rushed to make choice of hearing aid. Both my wife and I are very pleased and impressed by the service.
The visit was about improving the use of my hearing aid. Time was spent in customising the aid to suit my needs. I was also shown how to make any adjustments in future. And assured that help was always available if needed at any time.

I was collecting my own hearing aids. Tim has been extremely helpful during the whole process. Explained about maintenance and if I experienced any problems. I have been particularly impressed with this practice, which was independently recommended by neighbours. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
