Ewa explains all that she is doing to you very patient and friendly , puts you totally at ease . She takes time s with you and answers all you questions Ewa has a very calm personality
Clean friendly and very understanding if my needs and issues. The hearing test was very in depth compared to my previous experiences. Even done additional hearing test where putting noise in good ear while testing the weaker ear, was very happy cause no body has ever done this before and can’t be any more pleased.
Ewa was warm, kind, pleasant and informative. She made sure we were relaxed and explained everything she was doing. She gave good and clear advice and made sure we understood everything required.
