I was referred by a friend because i was suffering with hearing loss right from the outcome I was treated not just as a client but a friend . They tested my hearing to diagnose my condition I was looking for an in ear model which I purchased . After using for a few weeks I had reservations with the aid as it did not suit my lifestyle and returned with it Nick immediately left it to me to either refund me my money or try another device and he loaned me a different type which overcome all my previous doubts I used this device for about 5 weeks and then returned to get a new hearing aid .i must say they where extremely impressed by their professional treatment of me but a genuine feeling they where interested in helping me
The audiologist was professional and courteous and went beyond the call of duty to ensure my hearing aids were perfect for me. I was also reassured of her availability should I need help. Thank you for a good experience at a significant moment in my life!
I have been going to VIP hearing solutions for several years. I am happy with the hearing aids supplied, which have lasted very well. Their after care package is excellent and on the extremely rare occasions when I have problems with my hearing aids they are very responsive and have always been able to sort it out on the day I contact them.
