From my very first consultation, he was charming, thoughtful, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, which immediately made me feel safe and confident in his care. The procedure itself was completed within a day, and throughout my recovery I felt completely supported. I booked an appointment with Mr Munasinghe for a second opinion. He explained the options thoroughly and offered guidance that was far clearer than what I had received from the previous surgeon. His approach gave me the confidence I needed to proceed with the procedure. The surgery went exactly as planned, and my recovery unfolded just as he had described. The surgeon team was fantastic .explained the procedure and followed me up before I left the ward. The nursing team especially the HCA need to be more caring and be empathetic in relation to their patients. At times they did not introduce them selves, my curtains were left open and privacy was not respected.

Mr Munasinghe was very good at explaining what he was going to do, I felt completely confident that I was in good hands and there would be a satisfactory outcome. I was interested to see the procedure so he took photos and following the surgery brought them in to explain what he had done, he is clearly passionate about his work. I recovered very quickly with minimal pain and was able to go back to work and the gym after the recovery period. He called me to check that all had healed as expected and offered a check up which I declined as I didn't feel I needed it.
