An all round excellent experience. My appointment was arranged within a week, on arrival staff were very friendly and helpful. The consultant was very thorough in going through past medical history as well as ongoing symptoms. Found out a few issues that had never been picked up by my own GP practice, reassurance given, and appropriate follow up tests / procedures have been put in place. Some of my issues have been ongoing for almost five years, others possibly much longer. All medical information was explained to me in an easy to understand way. Overall, being able to find out all this in my first consultation is extremely reassuring and helpful. Without this private appointment, I would have had a very lengthy wait, i had been advised this previously by my own GP - several years or longer to be seen by respiratory medicine on the NHS. Very glad to have private medical insurance and able to get seen so quickly.

I initially went to Moorfields to get a second opinion about my glaucoma, expecting exactly the same advice as I got with my usual opthalmologist. It was one of the best decision I made: Eleni Nikita explained me the situation in great details, and told me about the more recent micro invasive surgery options, so that in the end, I was able to avoid the classical big surgery and went through a lighter option. And then the day of this lighter surgery, everything was precise, each step clearly explained, and I felt very confident that it would go very well. Which it did. All in all, I feel so lucky to have benefited from Miss Nikita up to date expertise and precision. Thanks again !

Matt is a great listener and devised a personal physio plan for me to help with two MSK problems. The exercises have been really helpful and effective allowing me to return to the lifestyle that I enjoy in a fairly short period of time. Booking an appointment is online but changing and cancellation is easy. There is an assessment consultation and follow up after a suitable period of time. As soon as you are able to "go it alone" Matt will discharge you with an open return. All in all an experience that I can highly recommend for recalcitrant MSK problems.

Overall my first appointment at Spire Lea hospital was a satisfactory experience. At the reception I was quickly registered as an insurance patient. The waiting time was not very long. The duration of the appointment was long enough to cover all my questions, explain my problem and get a gynaecology examination by the doctor with help of a female assistant. The doctor explained to me a treatment to follow to alleviate my symptoms.
