I am so grateful to Delamere for my 4-week stay. The facilities are truly incredible - comfortable, well-appointed and a palpable feeling of safety. The staff are such caring, friendly and interesting people - with the relevant experience to truly empathise and help with our unique circumstances. The food is world-class, with a wide range of options and affordances for those with dietary restrictions. The suite of experiential options will introduce you to new therapeutic experiences, many of which you may take away with you. The curriculum is focussed and has real depth, and is taught by professionals with real experience of addiction. The clinical staff are wonderfully attentive and caring, and will move mountains to make you comfortable. I am so pleased to have made the decision to stay at Delamere and would recommend it whole heartedly to anyone who wants to make a change.

James has been very honest and open with me from day one and not promised a "magic cure" to my disease but instead a realistic approach to extending my life as long as possible. He is open to any questions I have had and considered everything I suggest and always given his feedback and opinions in an honest way without me feeling uncomfortable for asking. I would strongly recommend James to anyone with my type of cancer he is a fantastic oncologist and I am more than happy with my treatment and the fact he has never given up on me is amazing. From the moment I enquired about an appointment, Miss Theresa Richardson was incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me into her schedule. She was exceptionally thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and explore all possible causes of my symptoms. She carried out detailed investigative tests and did not stop until we had clear answers. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients, with outstanding communication and response times throughout. Miss Richardson is extremely knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and reassuring at every stage. She is without doubt one of the best doctors I have come across, and I could not recommend her more highly. Dr Haslam was the first medical professional to diagnose my ACL tear after 4 months of being told by other professionals that it couldn’t possibly be an ACL tear. Surgery couldn’t have gone better as- ACL, meniscus and LET procedure- and 9 months later Im almost back to normal. I know others that have had Haslam as their surgeon/specialist and have similar success stories.

Absolutely fantastic. The staff at Lanthon were so friendly and it was a beautiful, calming space. The whole process felt very smooth and each step was clearly explained to me. I also received my results super quickly (just 2 days!) and loved how they came with a detailed report from a doctor, explaining them all in a personalised manner. 10/10 all round!

Shoulder surgery, acj repair, told to be there at 9am with a 10am start. Surgeon and anesthetist didn't show until 1120, surgery was at 1230. No explanation or apology was given. Since I'm a type 1 diabetic this was especially stressful. It's lucky I'm able to control my blood sugars or I could've been in danger, or had to cancel the surgery.
