Mr Northeast examined my condition at the initial appointment and confirmed that I needed umbilical hernia repair surgery. He explained what the procedure would entail and how my day to day life would be impacted for 4 to 6 weeks after the operation. He also answered all the questions I had about the procedure. He sought the requisite funding for my operation and kept myself and my GP updated on progress. I was fortunate to obtain a cancellation and so my operation date was sooner than I had anticipated. The operation went smoothly and I had very little pain or discomfort following the operation. I subsequently returned to see Mr Northeast approximately 4 weeks after the operation where he examined me and advised me the operation had been a complete success and advised me what I should avoid doing until the full 6 weeks post operation period was complete. Overall I was very pleased with the entire experience and grateful for his expertise.

Steve is excellent. Personable and very professional and clearly knows his stuff. He operated on our son following a shoulder dislocation playing rugby. Throughout the process, Steve was clear with the surgical options and very thorough in his explanations, particularly understanding with the emotions of a teenager and his desperation to be back on the pitch again. He has a friendly manner and was always quick to answer extra questions we had between consultations. He did an excellent surgical job on our son and we’d have no hesitation in recommending him. My overall experience at the clinic was exceptional. When I first booked my appointment it was scheduled for a week later, but I asked whether there might be any cancellations before then. From the first appointment to my last Mr Jayanthi showed care and compassion and I finally felt like someone was listening and wanted to help resolve the issues I was having. I was scheduled in to have surgery a few weeks later and he made me feel so at ease and talked through the procedure and calmed my nerves before going to theatre. After the operation he came to make sure everything was ok and explained what the findings were after the op and made sure I was happy with everything before being discharged. I had booked a vitamin infusion. The whole experience was a desaster. The nurses used several needles but were not able to “find a good Vene” as they called it. They said my venes are the problem which is ridiculous as I had been to your place to get infusions multiple times and there never was a problem. As a result, I now have three large bruises and my arms hurt. I left without getting the infusion. The ladies did not even apologize. In my view, they should get proper training both when it comes to doing injections and servicing clients. I will not return.
