Mr Tomasi saved my life,literally. The gallstones were diagnosed in 2008 and I put up with the chronic pain until April 2025 when I finally told my GP,and had an ultrasound scan. I was seen in outpatient clinic in August. The doctor was going to see me again in 6 months. Then I had Pancreatitis in October and spent 5 days in Cumberland ward. That's when Mr Tomasi comes in. He volunteered to take on what I was told was a tricky case. I knew it too. I hid it from the doctors for years because I foolishly wanted to have my knee replacements first. That decision could havw cost my life. Thankfully, on November 13 Mr Tomasi and his team performed the long overdue cholecystectomy. He spent 20 minutes preop talking to me about all possible outcomes. He was very honest with me. Which I really appreciate. The gallstones were overflowing. I was in pain and had swollen glands. So I know thus wasn't a straight forward cholecystectomy. Mr Tomasi was willing to put his life / career on the line for me. I researched his background beforehand!!, so I knew I was going to make it. What he found during surgery was worse than we both expected. My gallbladder had perforated and was leaking. It wasn't an easy job. I was in theatre for 3 hours, and came back to tell my story. The NHS, again saved my life, ie, Mr Tomasi. I give him the permission to use my surgery as a case study, if he ever needs to. Tell the world how my abdomen was covered in gooey "chocolate!!',and I still left the hospital 5 days later. We just need more medical advancement and better incentives to keep the likes of Mr Tomasi from going private. Thank you Sir, for your contribution to humanity.

An almost pleasant experience.. This was my second eye & much of the stress of the unknown before the previous op was now almost non-existent. All the staff were kind & patient, the chocolate machine quality was a delight, & the Uber staff & service faultless. And the driving conditions that day were foul. The result of both ops is miraculous, the best vision I can remember, the deterioration being so slow over an 83 yo healthy life one gets used to necessary adaption for daily living. Hence the pleasant shock of almost total renewal is delightful. I am very grateful to you(If you are Ruben, the surgeon who did both my ops so well) , Mr Saruban Pasu ? I was lucky in being given the choice of two names that day, & I specifically requested if possible Ruben, who did it, & I thanked him personally. We briefly spoke but he was dressed in green & I'm not good with faces re the photo. I was surprised by the change between the 2 ops of the new "dropless aftercare". This is so much easier for everyone. The pro cedure of a drop every 3 hours per day for 5 weeks with a spreadsheet gave me no confusion, but can understand the many pitfalls inherent for busier or more distracted patients & the possible bad results. The one injection, under the op anesthetic is really a win-win advance. I am now one week after, with wonderful results, almost totally clear & realigned to single focus.. I can see car number plates again, an essential for a driver ! (It was the Optician who persuaded me to have the first op as I was almost driving-illegal on the test). Jess delivered our baby via C-section in March of this year. We opted for the full maternity package, and we had an excellent experience. Jess is very calm and knowledgeable. Her approach filled us both with confidence. Her care was comprehensive and personal; we were able to contact her with any queries throughout the pregnancy. We could book our appointments well in advance. This was especially helpful as we live over an hour from London and both work full-time with busy work schedules. The professionals that Jess works with and knows of are exceptional. She was able to recommend an expert in antenatal hydronephrosis and Jess works with a wonderful anaesthetist. The doctors she recommended were not only experts in their field, but they were also incredibly warm and friendly. When it came to the delivery, the day couldn't have gone any smoother. Jess had prepared us in terms of understanding exactly what would happen on the day and what to expect. All the professionals closely involved with the birth introduced themselves to us before we went down to theatre. If we are lucky enough to have another child in the future, we will be contacting Jess without a doubt.

The London Digestive Centre is in a great location, just off Bond Street, making it easy to access. The facility itself provides a comfortable and welcoming setting for patients, and they clearly have access to some of the best doctors, which gives you a lot of confidence in the care you receive. However, the reception experience could have been better. Both receptionists were on the phone when we arrived, and neither came off to assist us or book us in. This was disappointing, as it created unnecessary confusion, especially when time is tight. Ideally, there should be one receptionist dedicated to answering calls and another available to help patients checking in. In the end, we had to go straight to our appointment to avoid being late, and the consultant's secretary kindly stepped in to check us in. While the clinical care was excellent, improving the reception process would really elevate the overall patient experience.

Amazing experience, Dr Seth treated my sports knee condition with complete professionalism and I am now back running ultramarathons. He is one of the best in his field and is extremely knowledgable about biomechanics and looking at the body as a whole system. We also spoke about diet, supplements and lifestyle changes. I would recommend seeing Dr Seth over a traditional knee surgeon/specialist for a more hollistic approach (the knee surgeon I saw prior to Dr Seth did not ask anything about my training, running, footwear or lifestyle factors). I am eternally gratefully and Dr Seth is now my go to sports physician for all injuries!!!!

The ADHD coaching I received was excellent. It was so nice to work with someone who had lived experience; it made all the difference. My coach was understanding, compassionate and a great mentor as well as a coach. She asked really thought provoking questions which helped me to think deeper and come up with solutions that would work for the challenges I was facing due to my ADHD and being Mum to an AuDHD daughter.

He never ever does unnecessary X-rays as plenty of other dentists do , to make extra money. I live in Hove and have a choice of dentists in my area but I’d rather drive out of my way to see Bobbi on Burgess Hill. Highly recommended 😊

Recent visit fur a knee replacement event. Theatre staff were brilliant keeping me informed of everything they were doing. Recovery nurses also very helpful and cheery. Ward staff were helpful. More information at discharge would be good. Details of medication were well explained but information about how much to mive about, how to deal with swelling not so well covered.
