I underwent a circumcision procedure after being diagnosed with a medical condition. Mr Nigam and his secretary Jessica were brilliant from the very first email response right the way through to my final review. All my questions were answered promptly and the whole process was managed in a really efficient, dignified and professional manner. My initial consult was arranged within 48 hours of my first enquiry email, and after informing the team that managing this was time sensitive, my treatment was booked within 10 days. I was really well prepared for what to expect and the post-op phase, and truly found that there was little/no discomfort. I'd 100% recommend Mr Nigam and Jessica for anyone in need of his expertise!

I was in constant agony due to a fistula that had grown through my rib cage and into my chest wall. It was an extremely rare and complex condition, and because of other health issues, I was not an ideal candidate for major surgery. Mr Akbari took the time to fully understand my situation and came up with a solution that allowed him to operate with minimal risk and a much shorter recovery time. Mr Akbari and his exceptional team supported me throughout the process and provided outstanding care. The surgery was a success, and the removal of the fistula has given me a completely new lease of life. Mr Haslam completed my first full knee replacement in 2019 and this has been very successful. Prior to completing the first knee replacement Mr Haslam identified a skin lesion on my leg and referred me for further investigation. This was invaluable as the lesion was confirmed as a melanoma which was successfully removed prior to the knee replacement. I had not noticed the lesion myself so this was a critical intervention that may otherwise have gone undetected. The knee recovered well after surgery and has been a total success.

I was able to get a same day appointment for a bladder and kidney scan. When I arrived I had a helpful and friendly reception. My scan was completed in a relaxed and informative style. I was also give feedback there and then. I can't fault the whole process from start to finish.

Had to visit for two scans. Everyone was lovely and made it as nice as a hospital appointment could possibly be. Parking is extremely scarce, I had to drive due to trains not running. This was communicated with me when appointment was confirmed.
