In September 2021, I experienced ocular issues, which led me to seek medical attention at Stepping Hill Hospital. Subsequently, in January 2024, I was referred to the Uveitis Department at Manchester Eye Hospital. During my initial consultation, I was seen by Mr Eleftherios, who demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and was very thorough in his examination. My condition is highly complex due to an adverse reaction to a vaccine, affecting my entire body, necessitating additional investigations. He collaborates with other specialists, including rheumatologists, neurologists, and my General Practitioner. Since that time, I have remained under his care, and he performed surgery on my right eye in April 2025. Throughout this period, I have been regularly reviewed by him. Despite the complexity of my condition, he consistently provides dedicated care, attentively listens, engages in discussions with me about treatment options, and consistently exhibits empathy. I have no negative comments; instead, I feel positive whenever I see him.

I was treated by Dr. Patrick Grover at the Cleveland Clinic for a skull base tumor, and I couldn’t recommend him more. The surgery went smoothly, leaving a precise scar with minimal hair loss. The admissions team and hospital staff were also outstanding attentive, kind, and professional. My initial appointment was to have a checkup to explore the feasibility of having veneers placing over my existing top row of front teeth. I was so impressed with everything that was done from the first visit to the finl fitting visit. Everything that was done was explained to me in fine detail. The owner of the practice, Stephen Dodd, is the ultimate professional. I guess you would call him a Supreme Dental Technician!!! His staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I was so so pleased with the end result of visits and I would highly recommend the prctice.

This is an excellent hospital that I feel fortunate to be able to attend. The overall environment is comfortable, pleasant and relaxing. All staff encountered including Reception, Nursing and Pharmacy are very professional, polite, efficient and considerate. The lady I encountered on Reception on my recent visit went out of her way to make pleasant conversation, despite being busy. My son who usually accompanies me normally finds disabled parking which he requires.
