When we first visited the hospital in Cyprus, we genuinely felt like we were with family. All the staff were kind, supportive, and professional. So me and my partner had been struggling for a while to conceive and we came across this Clinic. From the time I spoke to them I just knew how amazing and supportive they would be. I am now PREGNANT and honestly it didn’t take long at all, Chaimaa is the lady who supported me through absolutely everything. This clinic, the girls, the doctors, the clinic itself is 10/10 5 star and I am thankful x

Our experience was made truly seamless thanks to the optimal support we received. Chaimaa, our coordinator, was exceptional throughout the entire journey. She explained every step of the process, provided constant reassurance, and was incredibly reactive and attentive to our needs. A huge thank you to he; the fact that she spoke our language perfectly was a big help and made us feel right at home. The medical staff on-site were also very kind, and everyone speaks English fluently, which made communication at the clinic very easy. The only downside we experienced was the difficulty in aligning information between our doctor in France and the team at Cyprus IVF Hospital. The medical opinions often diverged significantly, which meant we had to take many final decisions ourselves. Additionally, for French patients, please note that travel can be a bit challenging off holidays season. There are few flight options from France and no direct flights, though of course, this is outside of the clinic’s control

Our coordinator, Aman, was exceptional. She was available to us at all times via phone amd texts to answer with honesty and patience all our questions and concerns. She was excellent on both a medical and emotional level amd she has made the whole experience very special for us. She constantly gave advice and help on decisions about which treatment plan was best for us. Once we arrived in Cyprus, Aman made everything seemless in terms of pickups from airport and all hospital appointments were made with ease as driver was arranged and there was never any wait time, either for driver or appointments. Aman met us at reception or downstairs when needed and was a huge emotional support. I cannot thank the clinic, in particular, Aman for the constant source of support on our journey. The doctors performing precedures were all so friendly and positive too. Thank you all so so much. And a very personal thank you to Aman. She is truly wonderful and saying goodbye today felt like saying goodbye to a friend. Upon arriving home the support and attention has continued. If there is any blood work or tests needed Aman and the team tells us what to get and interpret results for us, amending medication and prescriptions and needed. The coordination between the clinic and GP / pharmacies at home is seamless and made very easy by the team as they provide whatever the home GP or pharmacy needs. It’s hard to put into words just how grateful I am for the incredible care I received at this clinic. From the very beginning, my experience was nothing short of amazing x From the very beginning, everything just felt right. I had undergone IVF treatment 5 times in the UK and wanted to try somewhere different. I was referred to clinics in Cyprus and contacted a couple of them, but from my very first conversation with Meryem at Cyprus IVF Hospital, my husband and I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. From that moment on, Meryem was amazing. She answered every question and concern we had with patience and kindness. I had a lot of questions and she never once made me feel like a burden. IVF is not a linear journey and things can change constantly, but she was always there to guide us through each step. Her communication was outstanding and she always made sure both my husband and I fully understood the process. Our doctor Dr. İçten Balık Kıvançlı, took the time to ensure we were receiving the best care possible and that everything was being done to help make my dream come true. I will rate our experience 9 out of 10 over all There has been tremendous levels of professionalism and support throughout our journey since early 2025. The accuracy and dedication to do their job I have never experienced on my 10 years IVF journey moving from country to country. With Cyprus hospital is being 9 months since I have contacted this clinic, on the transfer day I was panicking but had all my clinical team around me giving hope smiles and best wishes then went back to the UK. AND here iam on my 50 years old today I have received my positive pregnancy result. I’m so happy and delighted that we have made the decision and chosen Dr Serap and her medical team.

Had an IVF with PGD testing and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Our coordinator did the arrangements for us from airport pick-up to the hotel. So, everything went smoothly I would say.
