Elle incarne tout ce que l'on espère trouver dans un tel parcours : une humanité rare, une écoute sincère, de l'empathie, un accompagnement de chaque instant et une profonde compassion. C'est elle qui a fait toute la différence.Plus globalement, j'ai été très agréablement surprise par mon rendez-vous à l'hôpital ce matin pour le jour de mon transfert embryonnaire. Every step of our IVF journey was explained with patience and great attention to detail, which allowed us to move forward with confidence and peace of mind. We would like to thank the entire team for their warm welcome, and especially our coordinator Damla, for her support, kindness, and genuine care. Beyond the medical aspect, we truly felt that we received personalized care and that the team was genuinely committed to supporting us throughout the process. Le personnel était très chaleureux et toute l'équipe a étê aux petits soins avec moi que ce soit la coordinatrice Chaimaa, les infirmières et le docteur. Elles m'ont rassurée tout au long du processus. Le suivi avant et après le transfert étant impecable.
