Staff is good , the hospital is very clean which is something important for me , i talked to so many clinics but i trusted ivf Cyprus hospital and trusted their plan , we got a positive test after our second transfer , we can not be more thankful to god first and to them second, ( their transfer protocol is good comparing to other clinics in the same area ) .

I am very happy with my experience at Cypris IVF hospital. From the very beginning, the entire team has been professional, kind, supportive, and extremely well organized. The communication was excellent throughout the whole process. My coordinator was always responsive, patient, and willing to answer all my questions, which made me feel much more relaxed Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was handled with great attention to detail.

I needed to freeze sperm at this hospital and had an incredible experience. The best part of this hospital was the clean modern facility and the excellent customer service. Sinem was very helpful and organized my entire three day stay in Northern Cyprus along with the timing for my sperm freezing session. Because I just needed to freeze sperm, it was a straightforward procedure and did not take that long. Overall, I had a good experience.

Un immense merci à ma coordinatrice exceptionnelle, Damla !Damla, qui parle français, a été tout simplement extraordinaire aujourd'hui. Je n'ai même pas de mots assez forts pour la décrire. Je lui ai d'ailleurs écrit pour lui dire à quel point j'étais heureuse de voir que des personnes comme elle existent encore. Elle incarne tout ce que l'on espère trouver dans un tel parcours : une humanité rare, une écoute sincère, de l'empathie, un accompagnement de chaque instant et une profonde compassion. C'est elle qui a fait toute la différence.Plus globalement, j'ai été très agréablement surprise par mon rendez-vous à l'hôpital ce matin pour le jour de mon transfert embryonnaire. Tout était absolument parfait : aucune attente, et un personnel d'accueil particulièrement chaleureux.Grâce à Damla et à toute l'équipe, j'ai vécu une expérience magnifique pour cette étape si importante de ma vie. Merci infiniment…
