About Mr Stevan Jordan
Mr Stevan Jordan is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in hip and knee surgery. He holds a substantive Consultant post at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where he treats patients with trauma and orthopaedic conditions affecting the lower limb.
Mr Jordan studied medicine at Imperial College London and completed his specialist orthopaedic training on the Oxford Rotation. He subsequently undertook advanced fellowship training at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, where he developed expertise in complex and revision hip and knee replacement surgery. He also completed further fellowship training at North Shore Hospital in Auckland, New Zealand, focusing on robotic-assisted joint replacement surgery.
His clinical practice includes both surgical and non-surgical treatment for hip and knee conditions. His procedures include knee arthroscopy, meniscal surgery, partial and total knee replacement, total hip replacement, and complex revision joint replacement procedures.
Mr Jordan provides NHS care at Cheltenham General Hospital and Gloucester Royal Hospital. In private practice, he consults and performs procedures at Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital and Winfield Hospital.

Before the operation other people said to me "you will get your life back", I now know that to be true, and I cannot thank Mr Jordan enough for enabling that. At all times he has been reassuring, pleasant and professional, I will, and have, recommended him to friends and acquaintances who have hip problems. I consider myself very lucky to have had him as my surgeon.
A gentleman throughout who is very personable and humble. Allayed my fears, as I was extremely anxious. He saw me before and after op with the same kind but very professional demeanour. Seven weeks on and I’m as fit as ever.
From first consultation to consultation today 7 weeks post Op my experience has been amazing. Stevan Jordan is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, gives clear information and answers all questions you ask. He is friendly and respectful. He visited on the Operation day prior, and the next 2 days in hospital. Today at 7 weeks he was all of the above and discussed the new hip and ongoing recovery.
Mr Jordan was a wonderful consultant explained everything that was going to be done before the operation which really put me at ease without making me feel rushed. He visited me later in the day to check all was ok, also the following 2 mornings. I would highly recommend Mr Jordan, if you need to see a specialist for a knee replacement or knee injury. The entire care team at the Nuffield were fantastic & I felt completely safe under their supervision. Thank you again Mr Jordan for getting my life back on track & being pain free.

Follow up visit 6 weeks after full knee replacement. Mr Jordan was pleased with progress. I am delighted with the surgery, aftercare and physio support.
Total expernce better than I was expecting. Very pleased with the result and fast recovery.
The overall experience of my knee replacement has been amazing. I'm in less pain than before the operation and my recovery/movement has greatly improved. Should of proceeded with surgery sooner and not suffered with pain endured.
