Follow up visit 6 weeks after full knee replacement. Mr Jordan was pleased with progress. I am delighted with the surgery, aftercare and physio support.

Total expernce better than I was expecting. Very pleased with the result and fast recovery.

The overall experience of my knee replacement has been amazing. I'm in less pain than before the operation and my recovery/movement has greatly improved. Should of proceeded with surgery sooner and not suffered with pain endured.

Very good communication throughout, I came in with a pain managing system to cope on a daily basis, this was stopped but not replace or reinstated for 24hrs this did cause a very stressful night. Once we got back on track we were all good, being able to explain or confirm we're I was to start with may have helped. Other than this I felt fully informed and well looked after the entire stop. The biggest part for me was the confidence projected before during and after from Dr Jordan, while still answering all my questions. Just good advice and no messing.

No waiting - saw Mr Jordan ahead of appointment time. He was extremely friendly and professional answering all questions clearly. He was reassuring with a positive manner and I have no worries about further surgery required.

Was always very attentive, on the information he gave was clear and concise I could not fault his demeanor or communication skills.

Was very pleased and happy with everything, from the first appointment, to the operation, to the follow up appointment,, Mr jordon explain everything to me really well, always asked if I was worried about a thing, and it was really nice before the operation, when he came round to talk to me, it made me feel really reasured, and I felt I was patient and not just a number on his list, Just so lucky to of had Mr Jordan as my surgeon

I had a very successful hip operation and the recent appointment was the follow up. Following the operation, I had a few questions about my long-term recovery, which were all answered and I have had a very positive experience of the process.
