I was very impressed with the Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital. All the staff I encountered, without exception, were very friendly and extremely professional. I felt that I was in very good hands at all times.

Two issues: Firstly, it was difficult for my wife to contact the ward to check on my progress (no answer) and when she did she was told I was down in theatre when I had been back in my room for 30 minutes. Secondly, there was confusion between the House doctor and the anaesthetist over what post procedure pain relief would be prescribed.

I have been going to the Nuffield for many years. This is because health issues are dealt with very quickly. The hospital is very clean, the staff are polite and supportive and helpful. I feel I get the attention, time and straight forward explanation from consultants.
