I came to see Mr. Nikkhah following a recommendation from a renowned plastic surgeon in New York, I had been deliberating a breast augmentation and an abdominoplasty to address an unsightly scar that was left from a previous spinal surgery I had where the incision was on my lower abdomen which left my rectus muscle compromised. This is a decision I've been wanting since 2016 and therefore I've had the chance to see many surgeons for a consultation and I am incredibly glad I went with Mr. Nikkhah. During the first consultation not only did I find Mr. Nikkhah incredibly warm, patient and friendly I also appreciated the time that he took to go through all the various options available for the tummy tuck and BA, their advantages and disadvantages and really ensured I had an active role in the decision, taking on board what I wanted e.g. I was very keen to avoid any scar along the areolar region and I also wanted to avoid a typical looking "tummy tuck belly button" (too small/not having enough depth). Mr. Nikkhah gave me ample time to consider the options and by the second consultation not only was I extremely confident in choosing him to be my surgeon I was also informed and prepared for the surgery. I was given ample notice time by Mr. Nikkhah's team to have my post - op garments ordered. The operation itself was a breeze, I was worried I would be in a lot of pain and quite unable to do anything for a while which was a concern as I was keen to get back to my studies but the pain management that I was offered in advance and ensuring I had someone at home to help really made this such an easy process. I was also incredibly pleased with the post - op care that I received in terms of wound dressing management and MLD. I also found that it was so easy to get in touch with Mr. Nikkhah regarding any concerns or questions I had and I want to say a huge thanks to his team also. I'm currently 7 weeks post - op and the results are already looking far more incredible than I could have ever imagined, Mr. Nikkhah has given me my dream abdominal transformation and a huge deal of confidence, I can't wait for summer to feel really good wearing a simsuit/ bikini! Mr. Nikkhah is such a talented and caring surgeon and I would without any hesitation recommend him!

A previous consultant I visited said it was not possible to remove the smaller of the four pilar cysts and he was also unnecessarily abrupt and patronising. Mr Nikkhah couldn’t have been more different. A fantastic and friendly manner. Exceeded all expectation in doing the procedure then and then. An absolutely fantastic job - removing all the cysts (one of which I was previously told couldn’t be removed) and without having to cut or shave any of my hair. All other consultations needed my hair to be short and to shave the areas. The job was done so well … tiny incisions you cannot even see through my hair. I also hardly felt the anaesthetic injections. I couldn’t rate him more highly and have already told a friend to consult him for a mole removal from her face. Great friendly manner, his advice was very clear and I was totally informed throughout, excellent skill and did a great job! Couldn’t recommend more.
