About Dr. Nefer Fallico
Dr. Nefer Fallico is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon with a special interest and experience in facial and cleft lip and palate surgery. She sees private patients at the Dottore London clinic, Lister Hospital and Portland Hospital, London.
Dr. Fallico earned her primary medical degree in 2010, after which she undertook her specialist training in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at the Sapienza University of Rome in 2017. Dr. Fallico continued her professional development by undertaking a dedicated fellowship in cleft lip and palate surgery at Guy's & St Thomas' Hospital in London.
Dr. Fallico has also gained further plastic surgery experience by volunteering her knowledge and expertise in various countries, including Japan, Indonesia, and Tanzania. She has also undertaken several courses to sharpen her knowledge and expertise, including a cleft lip and palate surgery training course at Bambino Gesu Children's Hospital, Rome, and a facial aesthetic surgery course at the ICLO Research Centre, Italy.
Dr Fallico went on to become triple board-certified across Italy, France and the UK.
She is driven by being able to relate and empathise with her patients, to allow her to better understand their needs and develop an individualised treatment plan and exceed their expectations. Dr. Fallico enjoys all aspects of patient transformations, including the changes she sees in the confidence and self-esteem of her patients after treatment.

Despite having to travel some distance, the experience was good overall. The level of care, professionalism and support is commendable and we are grateful to Dr Nefer Fallico and the NHS. Natalie from the spire team has been really supportive from day one visiting us on the ward, help us feeding Arthur to visiting us at home to check his development. The hospitality everyone has shown has been wonderful, thank you and God Bless you all.
