I arrived on time but had to wait 25 minutes for my appointment. The receptionist came to acknowledge the delay, which I appreciated, but for an appointment costing £300, I would expect better punctuality.

I'm thoroughly satisfied with the Dottore London. The doctor was exhaustive during the consultation, he asked many questions pertaining my general health and the specific issue I had contacted them for. I was allowed and encouraged to expand and elaborate on my ailment, as there was no sense of rush. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The client is made to feel totally looked after. The reception area as well as the waiting room and the consultation room were very tidy and clean. Overall, a completely positive experience that I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

I due dottori che mi hanno visitato Giuseppe Schillizzi e Giovanni Chiriaco' sono stati entrambi molto professionali e gentili mi sono sentito a mio agio in tutta la durata della visita.

I strongly advise neurodivergent patients to avoid Dottore London. After a major communication breakdown between the clinic and the physician, the staff's response was patronizing and overwhelming. I felt no empathy from the team; instead of offering support, they left me to deal with the consequences of their errors alone.
