Thank you
Dr. Chinegwandoh was excellent. He explained my medical issues in detail in a manner that was completely understandable. Very knowledgeable about prostate issues both from a surgical and medication point of view. Felt completely comfortable with my decisions after the appointment.

I am glad that I was able to help
Incredibly professional and knowledgeable doctor. He has offered many different options and is very diligent on helping me with my recurrent UTIs.

My pleasure
I was extremely anxious to get another cystoscopy as I had a very bad experience on the NHS where I experienced probably the worst pain I have ever had when the numbing gel was pushed down my urethra. Professor Francis throughout the entire process from my first consultation, to the cystoscopy itself was amazing, as were all the staff and nurses. But in particular Francis was able to keep me calm and he took his time when putting the numbing gel in. I felt very little pain, and the experience was obviously not enjoyable but it was the best outcome. So I just want to thank Prof Francis for being very careful, and listening to me.

Thank you for your trust
